Although, many still cook the cocoa and add the milk, for those of us who don't want 4 servings, Which mix do you like?
This is my fav! I also cook with their chocolate and get superior results!

i just use hersheys syrup or hersheys dark syrup. whole milk only.
my mother only likes land o lakes chocolate supreme in the individual packets.
my daughter only likes the dense hot chocolate packets that are italian. i forgot the band name. you almost need a spoon to eat it.

A former co-worker used to bring in a jar of mix she made at home. I think it was richer-tasting than any store-bought:
3 cups powdered milk
2 cups powdered sugar
1 1/2 cups cocoa powder
1 1/2 cups white chocolate chips (I prefer Ghirardelli)
1/4 tsp salt
Pulse everything in food processor until chips are finely ground.
Combine 1/3 cup mix with 1 cup hot milk.

@deepwaterdotter This would be such a terrific Christmas present for people you just want to give a little something!

Good idea! Notice I changed the amount of salt to 1/4 tsp. Sorry about that, misread the very dog-eared recipe card.

I don’t drink much of it due to the milk, but usually buy Nestle or Swiss Miss.

I usually get swiss miss, I have never seen the one you posted, @ECBG. I'm going to look for that one next time I go to Kroger. I'm pretty sure my wal mart doesn't have it.

@happycat It's richer than Swiss Miss! You won't believe it!
@ECBG, I will have to find some now! Sounds so good on this cold morning. Just got in from taking the dogs out. Yikes!
