I see you've already got a recipe but I will post this anyway. I follow the blog "Home is Where the Boat Is." Mary has a post where she was making some boozy cupcakes but the first batch failed because her dogs got loose. Anyway, scroll down to the bottom of the blog post to see the cute idea she had for those brownies. And it's perfect for Saint Patrick's day, too.

make shallow "cookiex" in large muffin cups, split them and fill w/ice cream. Freeze for your own ice cream sandwiches.

Okay... here's DH's review of the brookies:
"They taste great but half of the brownie sticks to the wrapper and you can't get it off."
Guess I won't be making those again.

The cherry bliss brownies can be made sugar-free by using sugar free brownie mix, cherry pie filling sweetened with Splenda and Truvia added to the cream cheese. I’ll try this next week!

I have done the same as jeanlake but used various hershey kisses in the mini muffin pans. Favorite was the caramel kiss.
