Looking for some good ideas for this cooker.

Do you mean recipes that aren't in the cookbook?
I use the Korean Chicken Wings recipe and then base some of the other recipes in the book to make my own bbq ribs and bbq chicken. I don't have an oven so the ninja does double as that for me in some aspects. I also use it to make awesome brownies. Never tried it to make that full all in one meal though.

What cookbook do you use for the 3 in 1? I'm looking for a cookbook with recipes to be used with the 3 in 1 Ninja...

Have you had any issues with the steam from the cooker and the top cabinets in your kitchen. I'm concerned about the steam from this cooker as it has to sit just in front of my cabinets. I don't have a bar.

From Pinterest: Search "one pot sausage & mushroom pasta". Made with a few changes, due to what I had in my pantry (for example I used chicken stock and fresh baby bella mushrooms) but it was great in the Ninja.
With a general search: "one pot" on Pinterest, you will find many great recipes for this appliance. The Ninja is just right for "one pot" recipes! With Fall around the corner, I probably won't even bother putting mine away

I made the following this week:
My Take on Swedish Meatballs
1 package of frozen meatballs or how many you like
1 pound of fresh mushrooms
1/2 a bag of medium egg noodles
1 jar alfredo
1 can cream of mushroom
1 alfredo jar of water, swish for getting it out of the jar
salt and pepper to taste
Layer mushrooms, meatballs, noodles, and sauce/soup. Cook at 350 for 30 minutes or until done depending upon how you like your noodles and how many meatballs you use.
Chicken Noodle Soup
1 bag of Bear Creek Chicken Soup mix
8oz peas and carrots mix
1lb chicken breasts cooked and cubed/shredded
8 or so cups of water
chicken bullion to taste
salt/pepper if needed
Boil water, bullion and let boil, then add soup mix and frozen veggies, toss chicken in last to warm through by not over cook.
