I go through a lot of cloves, ginger and cinnamon because when I gave up sugar in my coffee I needed something to add flavor so these 3 spices are now my sugar replacement in coffee.

Next would be garlic salt and Trader Joes "Everything but the Bagel" seasoning.

I want to try that smoked salt you mentioned sounds yummy...

My favorite is Penzey's Extra Bold Taco Seasoning.  I use it in chili, which is the favorite meal for when dinner hour is inexact.  It holds forever.  I also use it in tacos, of course, and enchiladas.  Next would be extra bold pepper from Penzey's, hand ground.  The fragrance is wonderful.

I keep a mixture of Redmond's salt and black pepper in a bowl by the stove.  It is definitely my most used seasoning.

Today I learned there's such a thing as Redmon Salt. I had never heard of it before.
