Jambalaya in slow cooker...turned it on before I left for work.  I will just add the shrimp last half hour of cooking.  In the 40's tonight 🥶

It's 65° and damp in PHX from some rain last night.   I am FREEZING!    

I eat "dinner" around 2a.m. -- since I used to work graveyard.    It was spaghetti this morning...

@Desertdi Love Arizona, such an amazing state....visiting with long stays for so many years I do understand what your going through. Last night in Chicagoland it was raining and 39. It's still considered somewhat warm.

I am originally from Chicago...coldest I ever experienced there was -24 below.    (And I was out Christmas shopping in that!)
