@lynnie61 , I agree, basil pesto would be great!

I'm actually not a fan of kale but saw it being made into a pesto with a good drizzle of honey to take out the bitterness.  So I figured I'd give it a try.  Kale is very healthy so this was a nice way to prepare it.

I made it to go over a pasta dish, and since I had so much leftover ( I froze)  I did it on the pizza.
