I made these on Flatbread, I baked 1st on 400...then spread a layer of kale pesto, topped with ricotta,  spinach, mozzarella, fresh basil,  and grated Parmigiano cheese.

I sprinkled some garlic powder, salt/pepper, and red pepper flakes...drizzled a generous olive oil and baked on 350 until mozzarella melted.

No way.  Those everything but the kitchen sink sandwiches don't appeal to my taste buds.

@rockygems123 ...I made the the kale pesto after seeing a chef cook it...any veggie can be made into a pesto.

I blended kale with extra virgin olive oil and almonds

Salt/pepper.

I love green vegetables...so this is a nice alternative on pizza...I love pizza!

@bonnie f , @rockygems123 ...I also made this kale pesto another time...and topped it over a pasta.  Usually basil pesto is standard...but saw this recipe and thought what a healthy alternative to have kale.   Something I usually don't eat, but I love greens. 

You can add any protein to the pasta too, sliced sausage, or sautéed shrimp...roasted shredded chicken...just some recipes I watched chefs cook 😋
