For years we have made Night Before Christmas French Toast,

with fresh fruit & coffee.

Make it the night before, and bake it in the next AM.  Always a favorite!

I usually buy a Pannetone for Christmas morning, but we ate one a few weeks ago...so delish!
Hubby definitely needs a big breakfast...or he'll be picking in my Christmas dinner all day.

I will have my traditional Christmas (and Easter) morning Polish breakfast -- fresh kielbasi (not the smoked kind), horseradish, and rye bread.  Have had this every Christmas morning since I was a child and always think of my parents, particularly my Dad.  And, it's super yummy!

Cinnamon rolls....the kind that comes in the circular tube and has the little tub of frosting included....and juice and coffee. He'll be thrilled (and so will I)!

I made pumpkin waffles this morning and froze them. All I have to make is sausage and remember to put out butter! 🤣
