Depends on the soups and the meal. If it's dinner and I'm doing soup, it's usually a pretty hearty meal made w/ protein and either pasta, beans or rice and lots of veggies. Sometimes I will add a small salad made of just cukes, tomatoes and onions. We rarely have rolls or bread for dinner.
I make soup for dinner at least twice a month and make enough for two nights and one day for lunch.
