Where do I find the recipes Jan shares when he's on for his shows? The recipes listed under Vitamix (QVC website) are not the ones he makes when his on. Just curious to on making some of them. Thank you!

Re: Vitamix-Jan Mueller recipes

The Acorn Squash Soup is in the cookbook; I make it often.

The Nutty Fruit Smoothie is also in the cookbook; I looked this morning because I saw him demo it and it sounds good!

I would like the recipe for the tomato soup he made a few minutes ago... It is not in my older book.... what kind of bread did he use at the end?

Re: Vitamix-Jan Mueller recipes

I looked for his show recipes as I have older books and they are not in it and not on the website and I would like to have them. Would like to see healthier recipes for soups, most call for heavy creams, milk, potatoes and want healthier, easier vegetable soups.

Re: Vitamix-Jan Mueller recipes

There were many demonstrations this past weekend and at times, Jan made different items in various shows, but I will try to include what I remember. I'm sure the recipes listed below (except The Art of Blending recipes) can be found in the "Creations" cookbook that comes with the GC model. I don't have that particular model (I have the 7500), but I searched for you.

The Art of Blending:

* Meatballs in Tomato Sauce

* Cherry-Almond Sorbetto

Vitamix Website (on the very top of the website, click on "Find Recipes"):

Tuscan Tomato White Bean Soup (I can't remember if this is the exact recipe Jan made): https://www.vitamix.com/Find-Recipes/T/U/Tuscan-Tomato-White-Bean-Soup?RSRCH=1

Chocolate Orange Fondue:

https://www.vitamix.com/Find-Recipes/C/H/Chocolate-Orange-Fondue?RSRCH=1

Bacon Cheddar Soup:

https://www.vitamix.com/Find-Recipes/B/A/Bacon-Cheddar-Potato-Soup?RSRCH=1

Whole Food Recipe Book (below recipes should be included in the Creations cookbook that's included with the GC model, but the Whole Food book is the one I have):

* Carrot-Ginger Tofu Soup

* Minestrone Soup

* Vanilla Custard Sauce

I hope that helps!

Re: Vitamix-Jan Mueller recipes

The tomato soup had a can of tomato paste, can of tomatoes, onion, seasonings & I didn't catch the rest. He blended bread crumbs at the end. Don't have the name of the recipie but don't think it had white beans in it.
