This is a heavy dip for crackers, heavy corn chips, or vegetables. Chips won't handle the weight of the dip. This is low sodium. Many may want to add more salt. Next time I make it, I am going to add a drop of liquid smoke.

Coarsely chop & process on pulse 1 red pepper, 1 can water chestnut or some Jicama.

Grate in 1 small onion & 2 cloves garlic.

Add 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce & 5 drops hot sauce.

Add 1 box thawed & wrung out spinach plus 1 large block cream cheese.

Pulse until mixed & then run until well mixed. (Not very long)

It is very colorful as well as tasty.
