Variations on peppermint bark?

Does anyone have a variation on (chocolate) peppermint bark? I always have used what seems to be the standard-- white and semi-sweet chocolate. I was thinking a peanutbutter chocolate bark variation might be good but have been unable to find any recipes.

I hate to just wing it and find it does not work.
