I finally made veggie bf soup today.Altho the weather in Illinios is in the 90 s,I can eat soup even in the summer.I had my jazz tunes on as I cut up my veggies,makes cooking enjoyable 😉 😋

My family loves a large pot of veggie soup, especially on a cold/rainy day.  Enjoy!

I can eat soup all year long too, even summer.  But good on you for making it this time of year.  I don't because I don't want to heat-up the kitchen.

I can eat soup year round also but I never have made it in the summer. I like to add shredded roast beef and normally add barley or quinoa to mine.  I'm not a jazz fan but I also crank up the music when I'm going to be in the kitchen for awhile.

I can eat soup about anytime! I made Vitamix's cheddar cauliflower soup a couple of weeks ago, that is so fast to make and I love it. I also love ham and cabbage soup (no potatoes!) but need to get a ham bone! 

What all veggies do you put in your Veg Soup? My gram called her "refrigerator soup"... she put everything leftover in the pot!

I enjoy making soups, chili, and stews. I make them throughout the year.  I have easy listening music playing in the background.
