UpSide Down Ham Casserole

3 tablespoons brown sugar

3 tablespoons melted butter

4 slices canned pineapple

4 (1/4 inch thick) ham slices

2 1/2 tablespoons flour

1/2 teaspoon salt

1/8 teaspoon pepper

1 teaspoon minced onion

1 1/3 cup Minute rice

1 cup milk

1 cup water

Preheat oven to 400*. Combine the brown sugar and melted butter. Pour into a 9x5 inch pan. Cover the bottom with sliced pineapple. Put ham slices over pineapple. Place pan in 400* oven while preparing rest of ingredients. Put all remaining ingredients in a saucepan. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat. Cover and simmer 5 minutes. Stir occasionally. Spread this over pineapple and ham. Cover and bake 10 minutes. Invert on serving dish.
