Ultimate Party Pico de Gallo

Mix together

2 large local tomatoes, diced

1 pint red grape tomatoes, halved

1 pint yellow cherry tomatoes, halved

1 large red onion, diced

1 large white onion, diced

3-4 jalapenos, diced small

1 bunch cilantro leaves, chopped

the juice of 4 limes

1 Tbsp apple cider vinegar

sea salt & freshly ground pepper to taste

Fresh pico de gallo is such a treat.  I would quarter the cherry and grape tomatoes.

Thanks for sharing this recipe-it's beautiful!  I only have about half the ingredients now but am saving the recipe for when I can get all the ingredients to make this.  I'm ready for home grown tomatoes as well.
