When I make my turkey burgers this is what I do: I take carrot, celery, a red pepper, onion and chop them up very small in my ninja. I then sautéed the veggies and then put them in a bowl to cool down. Then I mix my ground turkey with an egg, a splash of olive oil, a piece of white bread, crust removed soaked in milk, break up the soaked bread and also add the milk, bread crumbs and some Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, then add the veggies, S & P to taste. (Please don't taste it raw lol). Take a small piece and fry it to see if it needs anything. I'm sorry I can't give you measurements, i never measure, I just put everything together in a bowl just like my grandmother did and then take a piece, cook and taste. Then form into patties. I make enough and freeze them. They are never dry and are very tasty.
