Turkey Salad

1 cup elbow macaroni

2 cups cooked turkey

1 cup celery...diced

1 11 ounce can mandarin oranges...drained

1 cup seedless grapes

1/3 cup slivered almonds

1 cup mayo

pinch of salt

3/4 cup whipping cream

Cook macaroni as directed. Drain, rinse and cool. Combine all ingredients EXCEPT whipping cream. Refrigerate overnight. Whip the cream. Stir into salad. Serve.
