For whatever it's worth, last year our hostess had a Turducken as part of her holiday table. I remember she had bought, not made, it. I was eager to taste it since I had heard so much about the concept. It was really a disappointment since it had very little flavor at all. I remember it was moist, but it kind of tore apart in cutting and lost even its eye appeal. If you know the Western phrase "All hat and no cattle" -- it describes that particular Turducken.
