Tried & True Scratch Cake Recipe is Now Falling ? :(

I have a fave Betty Crocker cake recipe that makes 1 single layer golden cake. Yummy, and just enough for a small sweet treat. I've made it forever and have used a 9" square Corning glass pan and it's a never fail.

Made it using an 8" disposible foil pan and wham, did it ever fall! I'm thinking too small a pan so I made it tonite in a 9" square disposible pan and it fell again! Not as badly as the smaller pan but still sunk!

The only leavening is baking powder (I use Clabber Girl) and 1/2t salt. Baking powder is not outdated. Can it be the disposible pan?

Thoughts?
