What am I doing wrong?? If I buy chicken breast, checken tenders or cutlet, the meat is always tough and not tender, hard to cut.

I usually dont freeze and use fresh from store within 1-2 days?

I pan fry or stir fry, am I cooking too long or too high??? {#emotions_dlg.confused1}
