Goulash.  This is a comfort food or dish, for me.  Mom's recipe and I love it.

Just wanted to comment that my mom's term for goulash was "guuk".  LOL

Since its Friday, we are having fried shrimp, mac & cheese, and a salad. dessert is get to be determined.

I needed some comfort food and fixed hamburger gravy on toast for dinner a couple of nights ago.  

My family was very poor and Mom or Dad would often make goulash too. They also made 'gravy' with something to fill us up..... hotdogs, peas, hamburger, lunchmeat, or anything that might be left from the night before.

Last night dinner was a great dish - one skillet spinach tomatoes spaghetti, easy and TASTY. Tonight, it'll be Mexican meatballs over rice, another delicious dinner.
