We are having cod pizzaiolla (spelling?) roasted fingerling potatoes and asparagus.

I'm already thinking about what wine to have from my wine cellar!!!  Oh well, it's 5:00 somewhere right?  LOL

I'm trying a new recipe tonight.  Chicken mexican soup in the crock pot.  It's a Pioneer Woman recipe I saw the other day on TV.  Fingers crossed...I haven't had much luck with trying new recipes for a while now.  Family hasn't liked anything new.  Also questioning if I should of even tried it in times like these.

Last night was old fashioned chicken a la king!  Featuring canned cream of chicken soup and frozen mixed veggies!  It was really good!

We got takeout from our local steakhouse!

They are stuck with inventory. Prices are good. Even offering family sized meals to go.

@qualitygal - I think we'll order a white pizza and a salad since we can't eat meat on Fridays during Lent but tomorrow night will be meat loaf, smashed potato casserole and cole slaw. That's my fav meal. 💗
