I thought that I might try this Progresso soup until I saw that it had over 700 mg. salt in just one cup. Way too much salt for me!

Q-Checker - ITA!  I avoid canned soup like the plague as they are loaded with salt.  I buy the salt free soups (vegetable, minestronie, etc.) and I add just a pinch of salt and they are delicious.  I am also looking for a homemade tomato soup recipe that tastes like Campbells minus the tons of salt they put in.
