Hi Ladies.

I would like to prepare Ina Garten's (Barefoot Contessa) roasted tomato soup with basil. She used a lot of fresh basil; I mean 'a lot'. In our supermarket they currently offer only small plants grown in water (There is a name for it) and/or in jars which they say is good for pesto. Neither one seems to be what I need. I would appreciate your experience and/or suggestions.
