Sounds silly, but it is delicious. No one will ever guess what is in it.

Tomato Soup Salad

1 can tomato soup

2 pkg (3 oz size) cream cheese

2 pkg (3 oz size) lemon gelatin

2 cups boiling water

1 cup Hellman's mayonnaise (or your choice of mayo)

1 cup celery, finely chopped

3 small green onions, finely chopped

1 medium green bell pepper, chopped

1/2 cup pecans, chopped

Heat tomato soup (undiluted) to boiling, and stir in cubed cream cheese until it melts. Dissolve gelatin in the 2 cups boiling water and add to soup mixture.

Cool to room temperature (partially set) and stir in mayonnaise, chopped vegetables and pecans.

Pour into oiled mold pan and chill for 24 hours before serving. Serve on pretty lettuce leaves.
