Today's lunch - Vegetable stir fry

Have never made my own (from scratch) stir fry so today was the day. Made it with left over frozen veggies, raw sliced mini peppers and snow peas. Sauce was T of canola oil, T of Trader Joe's Soyaki sauce (similar to a soy sauce marinade) tsp of ground ginger, stir fry noodles, salt, pepper. Came out great. Don't own a wok so used my new Le Creuset 2.75 qt. Dutch oven.IMG_1594.JPG

I never heard of stir fry noodles.  Will have to look for them.  I would have made rice.  Your dish looked good.

Looks very good, never seen those noodles but I will look for them.   I've seen that brand but not those noodles

In the summer when all the fresh local veggies are in, I make something similar, I call it ratatouille.  It's not the "classic" recipe but it's so easy to make and more filling than it looks.   More French than Asian but I love a good Asian stir fry.
