Brownie Batter cupcakes - DH had two after dinner. Need I say more? Mine looked just like the photo - easy peasy. He's not sure if he likes these or the Peanut Butter S'mores ones from last week. I think next time I will try the Mallo Cup technique in the middle.

BTW, a big thanks to the folks that turned me on to the Your Cup of Cake and My Baking Addiction websites. I'm having a ball going through these sites.

I wish DH liked fruit in his cupcakes - there's a lot of great inspiration using fruit, but he's a chocolate and nuts kinda guy.
