@Luvsmyfam    We have the "Monsoon"  in Arizona (Summer rainy season) and have high humidity from July thru September.

I've been eating my weight in popsicles these days. Nothing heavy for me either.

My appetite is gone also. Hubby is looking for something to eat for all 3 meals. He is on his own for 2 of them as I do not even want to scare up something. At supper it has been BLT for weeks most nights. Looking forward to cooler weather for soups and a little heavier meals.

Yup.  Canned Tuna, Canned Red Salmon, turned into salad and served on lettuce leaves.  Rotisserie Chicken ( for a warm meal first then Pick, PICK, Pick.  Often a meal of tomatoes or Watermellon. or grapes from the fridge.  When it's really hot I don't want to cook if I don't have to and i want something cool.

I am in the PNW and it is 65 degrees and sunny today at 1:52 pm.  I have been outside doing yardwork.
