To Die For Recipe: Chocolate Chip Meringue Cookies

Chocolate Chip Meringue Cookies:

4 egg whites 2 tsp. Vanilla

¼ tsp. Cream of tartar ½ tsp. Almond flavoring

¼ tsp. Salt 1 (12 oz.) pkg of chocolate chips

11/2 c. sugar

Beat egg whites, tartar and salt until VERY stiff. Add sugar, a little at a time. Beat until VERY stiff. Add vanilla and almond flavoring and beat until stiff. Add chips. Place by the spoonful on a greased cookie sheet.

Bake for 20-25 minutes at 300 degrees. For the holidays you can add sprinkles or other candy.
