Good morning ~ I would appreciate a ride this morning, walker. It is too cold for the DW and the catmobile is in for servicing. Hopefully Tootie will be well enough to host BAT this morning. I will, clean up afterwards so she doesn't have to do anything but rest and enjoy. , give the old air horn a toot when you arrive, my neighbors all need to get up!

Good morning .... YES, YES BAT is on!! I whipped up a breakfast pizza to go along with everything else ... we should have plenty of food for everyone!! Mimosas for us ... hot chocolate for the kids ... I have some snowball making toys and sleds for the kids, so they can play while we carry on ....

Imagine the horror (or my DH's) when I got up early this morning and discovered that he decided he had to do some maintenance on my computer!! AND I couldn't even use his because he was doing the same to his .... (anybody have a spare room?? ... LOL)

Walker, enjoy your day with your grandchildren ... and I hope you have several jugs of your meds ....

Good morning!!! Don't ya just love kids! My youngest always gets up extra early when he doesn't have school, when I want to sleep in !!

Hashbrowns are ready, and I'm ready for pick up!

Another successful BAT!! ... walker, the little ones were so well behaved and a great help to us ... who knew they liked to make so many snowballs?? and good thing too!! ... with QA's horn getting stuck when you got here, several of my neighbors were not happy and starting throwing snow at her .... we weren't going to take that and had a massive "war" with them .... we chased them clear across town ... Oooops!! somehow the police had to become involved??!! ....(any ideas??)

Thanks to everyone for bringing food/drinks this morning and for cleaning up .... my kitchen looks perfect!!

Off Duty.....Hooray!!! Daughter and Son-in-law came to pick up the kids. DH and I did a happy dance on the porch as they left...lol! They were very good but ENERGY galore!!!! Then add three more here for breakfast and my house was trashed. But, the cousins love getting together. It is fun, however, I told my daughter-in-law I might have to reconsider having all five for a sleepover. They keep asking and I keep saying....someday!

The BAT was great.....kids had so much fun and kept saying " your friends are really funny!" Of course, now they want to come again and, again, I said.....someday....maybe! Cookie, glad I could pick you up but now I am in trouble in your neighborhood too.....blew the air horn and some guy came out with a shotgun. And, in bigkat's neighborhood, the mailboxes had barricades around them. Then I hit trouble big time at Tootie's....a bit noisy arriving....along with snowballs I just threw doughnuts at them.

Good morning ~ Sorry about the guy with the shotgun walker. He came over to find out about that wacky plane and pilot tootin' off the airhorn. He is quite the character. Don't know if the gun was loaded or not.

We had another BBQ last night. Friends came over and SIL made some of his wonderful chicken and ribs. Everyone sat out in back while the firebarrel warmed up the area. Today we should be 68. Sure feel for you ladies up there in the white stuff. Stay warm and safe.

Good Morning Friends!

Your TX BBQs always sound so delicious, cookie! Makes me long for summertime and grilling here. Might have to send QA to bring you and SIL up! :+)

Time to have breakfast and head to church.....rest of the day "rest". Oh, bigkat, fixed your Corn Chowder yesterday....very good....DH loves corn and bacon so perfect for him....me too....enough left for another meal. I forgot to get Half and Half so used milk....other probably would be creamier.

Good morning!! ... yum!! a chicken and rib BBQ ... delicious!! ... walker, glad that you survived BAT and watching the grandkids (LOL) ... I can't imagine what it would be like to have 5 little ones for a sleepover ... you'd have to have an IV of your meds for sure ...

We went to early mass today .... it is a cold 13 degrees ... really wakes you up!!

Home now for more coffee and paper ... Have a good Sunday ...
