Good Morning Friends!  ☕️🥶🎄..🇺🇸

Happy Thursday!  No snow but cold here!  Last night the winds were really strong.  We went to GS's basketball game (won) and literally blew into the school.  Thought for sure we had snow coming. 

I would be cautious about going out too, Tootie.  If it can wait...let it.  

kittyfan, sorry you had a ...if it can go wrong it will...day!

You are on a roller coaster with numbers .... hope they stabilize so you don't need the injections.

I have some errands this morning and grocery store.  We are going out to lake house with DS and family this weekend.  It is our annual visit to a special quaint town near there to get more holiday spirit doing our Secret Santa for each other.  Weather is going to be good too👍.  

Tootie, did you see thread here about grocery lists and stores changing things? Interesting.  We just talked about it here. 😁

Hello friends ... well I ended up going for my mammogram ... it was just routine so I could have cancelled and gone another time but DH insisted on driving me ... the weather had let up some by the time we left ... the parking lot was worse than the streets ... I was talking with the girl that took care of me and she said the plows never showed up! ... and I just got back from my flu shot 😕 ... so if I'm not on tomorrow, you'll know why ... I took some Tylenol to try and ward anything off ...

walker, what a fun weekend!! ... I love shopping in little towns and I bet it's decorated so festive for Christmas ... and so glad that you shouldn't have to worry about bad weather ... have fun!! ... oh, I checked out that thread on shopping lists ... interesting read.

Tootie, thanks for update.  It was nice of your DH to drive you to the appointment.  Now that is off your "to do" list.

Hope you get a good report.  My appointment is next month.  At what age can a woman stop?  I'll have to ask about that....have heard...never! 

I thought about you and your reaction to vaccine shots too.  Good luck on this one....feel good!!! 🤞🤞

We had a sunny day but COLD!  I ran my errands in and out of stores and kept saying to myself...it's sunny, it's sunny.....BRRRRR!

Happy Friday!  Happy it is that you are feeling pretty good after shot, Tootie.  A little more Tylenol and you'll be perking at 100%...😊.

We will be leaving sometime after lunch today.  As long as we get out there before dark.  It is about a two hour drive...not bad drive but pretty dark on back country roads.  Plus, I worry about deer out at dusk.  DS and family will be coming right after school.  Then we order pizza from a nearby restaurant and it is sooooo good!😋

Home on Sunday afternoon.

Walker hope you and Desi have arrived. What fun. 

Did laundry late last night.  Had a long conversation with brothers DW. She gave me a tour of her mall adventures. The. Brother calls-- I got his replay.  She couldn't remember which door she came in and couldn't find her car!  Unfortunately I can identify with that one!  

I got my meds delivered by pharmacy. Fella had a lovely white beard. Almost told him he looked like Santa!  

Today is cold and dreary.   

Tootie:  glad to hear you are doing ok.

fHG texted me.  She had dog with her. Stoped at pharmacy. Dog owned window and came in automatic doors!  Needless to say she was escorted out.

Tried to make lab at.  No orders. They called back to schedule without orders. I hoped for a pass!

Good morning friends ... kittyfan, curled up with a book is a great way to spend a rainy day ... yeah, that tylenol seemed to help a lot this time around ... next up is my pneumonia shot ... doc is pushing that one 🙄 (but of course, as I always say, it's my choice) ... apparently there is a rash of people getting pneumonia ... that's a "one and done" vaccine 😊
