walker, glad you enjoyed the Lenten Service.  Hope churches are able to return to a sense of normal - without masks, social distancing , etc.  COVID has put our lives in a state of disarray and confusion.  Ready to get back to normal.  

Glad you enjoyed the sun Tootie.  If you and walker need more, we will be 78 today and I will share.  Just say the word.  Good thing you remembered the Fish Fry.  Maybe this year will be be a better.😊    

kittyfan, we sure did have a beautiful day yesterday.  Expecting another today too!  Nice time for more relaxing UB's too.  Hope you got in some well deserved sleep by turning in early.

Good morning friends ... cookie, you are having some warm sunny weather ... please send some sun our way, we're supposed to have a "partly sunny sky" but I would prefer a little bit more ? ... we got a couple of inches of snow overnight ... ugh!! hurry up Spring.

walker, I bet it felt good to go to the Lenten Service ... like Spring, it's a new beginning! ... lucky you, 50 degrees yesterday and opened windows ... I can feel the warm weather right around the corner ...

kittyfan, I hope you had a good nights sleep ... and maybe you can enjoy some nice weather today.

The Fish Fry was really good! .. it must have been an off year for them last year ... maybe a different kind of fish or how they cooked it?? I think it's a little pricey, $15 for a nice size piece of fish, cole slaw, potato salad, fries and a roll ... but with inflation and it is a fund raiser for the Fire Hall so I guess maybe it's really not too bad!

I guess we are on the weather roller-coaster now....yesterday 50's...today 30's....up, down, up, down for next week....kind of typical for March, I guess.  Keep sending the sun, cookie.  Every little bit helps.

This afternoon I start my duty with GS and GD.  I am going over this morning to get my "marching orders"before DD/SIL leave...who goes where when...pick up..drop off, etc.  I will probably check in here later in morning for next few days.

Tootie, glad you had a good Fish Fry dinner.  I agree on the price.....ours is $14 and I thought that was a lot.  But, again costs are up and it is a fundraiser.  We will probably go next week but not every week.

My tax office called. Return is ready. I happily pay the fee for them to do it. My lady said it wasn't complex. Well it is to me!!!

A big hurrah for you kittyfan!  What a relief to get your taxes completed.  I agree with you - they are complex and worth having the returns ready on time.  Another 30 cent hike???  I got gas Tuesday and it was $3.26/gal!! I thought that was awful since it was considerably lower 10 days earlier.  Gas seems to be running the world😒 How is the Cafe doiing?

Glad you caught the sunshine Tootie.  We actually got up to 80 something yesterday and probably will  be close today.  Shout if you need more😅

walker, how are your duties with GS and GD going?  Marching orders in good order?  You are becoming the "Queen of All Trades" 🤣 Shout if you need some of good ole' Texas sunshine.
