Happy Wednesday!  Mid-90's with heat index over 100.  Humid!  I just opened my door wall a bit for some morning fresh air too, Tootie.  Inside day today but I need to run to store early.  Maybe I'll try to walk before but doubtful.  

My "fog" lifted yesterday after a little extra coffee..ha!  Funny...."shake it off or drink it off", Tootie!  😂. Better today...woke up.....got up.

kittyfan, that was a good X.  Hope all goes well with doctor appointment.  Enjoy visit with DB.

No news.....sad about Theo from Cosby Show drowning...Malcolm Jamal Warner.  I really liked that show and still catch some reruns.

Good morning friends ... it's a beautiful morning here ... I have my windows opened now as there is a very cool breeze coming in ... but I know that's not going to last! ... more heat and humidity today ... supposedly the hottest day of the summer for us!! 

No exciting news from Dullsville other than I have an eye appointment this morning.

Happy Thursday!  I opened door to check weather and quickly closed it!  HUMID!  I guess we are going up to 96 today.  Summer hibernation....thankful for A/C.  Will we miss this in January, Tootie? 😂

No news here either .... suppose to have a neighborhood food truck today but am wondering if it will cancel.  Heat and maybe storms later...not so good.  We have already decided we aren't going to it.

Good evening

Yesterday was busy.  Brother said 9 am pick up.  I know he is always running behind!  First left his wallet then had to go back upstairs to get his briefcase with my important papers.  Hot the road.  Traffic. Then they were doing construction. Exit closed. Had to go down and around. Brother was looking for his phone. Dashed out to see if it was in the vehicle. Came back smiling. It was on his pocket!  He was called first for lab. Popped out to collect his things. Drew his blood. First attempt didn't work. Then the other arm.  Then wait to be called for doc.  Another ultrasound. I am a frequent flyer there. Will see when brother will be here.  His labs were good but I reminded him he needed to stop and smell the roses.  He has been pushing hard with no brother time.  Then we were going to lunch. I reminded him I needed to do my labs. Another doctor another clinic.  Took care of that.  Had a lovely Chinese lunch.  He commented we had done a lot and it was still early. We usually take  until five. He stoped to pick up my meds and his meds. Walked in the door to be greeted by the business person.. brother was parking. I thought we had the insurance settled.  In walks brother and he took over. We checked the mail and there was a copy of the policy in the mail.  I think we settled that issue.  Then we walk on.  He goes through my mail. Reviewed insurance policy information.  Filed documents.  He got the broom and swept the floor.  His phone rang and I saw his gentle side. I know it well and have seen it often.  A friend needed some directions. He was actually at my house doing some things.   Brother and I talked about some things. He was heading to my house this morning to do some things. He called about 3 to say he was home going to shower. He and his friend are going to my house tomorrow.  Brother said he stocked in the fridge with water and Gatorade. I told him anyone working needs to hydrate.  Brother found out about my sandy soul.  I told him that I stepped down one day and thought I was on quicksand. I sat down trying to decide what to do when my neighbor rescued me. That was a few years ago.  He said he sterd down and started blinking. Managed to get on but the tractor was stuck.  He has struck we conversations with two of the neighbors and I am sure they look over the fence.  I am concerned when he is by himself. Camera are down. 

He ordered a doggie door and it was finally delivered late today.  I know this is a quick trip and I need a few things before he leaves town again.  

Oh the food truck!   I don't see how they can work like that but I guess it is an art!

oh my sandy soil. He started sinking down had his boots on.  His DW said he goes in his yard in his flip flops. I new he has more sense but did laught about it.

Good morning friends ... oh my gosh kittyfan, 💫😵‍💫I'm dizzy just reading about your day! ... busy, busy ... I'm glad you took a UB to enjoy some Chinese food!! ... I remember you mentioning your soil ... would not be a good move with flip flops on 😄... I hope you can enjoy a quiet, lay low kind of day!

walker, wouldn't it be nice if somehow, someway we could bottle this weather and save it for a cold "snowy day"? 🤔 ... I don't blame you for not going to the food truck ... hot, humid and rain? no fun just going toget food! 

I'm hoping to get a haircut this morning ... just have to make sure my girl will be there ... 

We'll have another hot and humid day with thunderstorms! ... Have a good day ... pouring and passing.

Happy Friday!  Another day in the sauna here.  Funny thing is that if I go outside and come back in....the house seems cold..ha.  High electric bills this summer!

kittyfan, you sure need to be rested and fully charged when DB comes into town!  And, a good pair of roller skates! 😉 Keep reminding DB to slowdown and maybe he will eventually...big maybe, eh?  That sandy soil would worry me.....I just think sink holes.  DS in FL sits on a lot of sand as well.

Hope you get the haircut today, Tootie.  It really puts a "spring in your step" doesn't it?  A good haircut that is 😆...bad haircut...downer.

No news again....so I'll go grab a doughnut Tootie left here....more coffee too.....ahhhh...good start to the day.

Hello friends ... no haircut today 🫤 my girl wasn't in ... I'll try again next Friday ... I'm such a creature of habit, I only like to go on Fridays ... I've always gone on Fridays ... 🤷‍♀️

Since I didn't have to go out, I got my laundry all done! ... now it's UB time!!
