Good Evening

It's been overcast today. Chilly to us. We are expecting some rain.

When I moved here brother had installed a shelf which was tidy but totally impractical. To access it one had to climb on a chair. That was quickly moved down. Yes he explained which the router looked like. I know the cable box and recognized the router when he told me. Resetting my tablet was a breeze when I finally looked u the password! I knew most of it.

I agree it was time for a new champ. Those dynasty years get tiresome. The Eagles were ready for the game. I peeke in on at half time. Didn't watch. I did not enjoy. Perhaps the younger generation!

Oh no snow! One nice thing about retirement is you can stay home!!!

Good morning friends ... I'm a little late this morning, DH decided he was going to back up some files ...

I forgot to mention the halftime show yesterday ... ugh! I did not like it either!! I could not understand one word he said!!

We ended up getting another couple inches of snow ... big fluffy flakes ...

Not much else going on here ... Have a good day ... pouring and passing.

Happy Tuesday! Winter blowing in tomorrow...looks like a lot of snow....reports say 7 inches or more....better get to store today for a few things.

kittyfan, you mentioned resetting your tablet ..finding password, etc. I have to keep a "little black book" of all my passwords and notes about different contacts. Now, in addition to passwords I have to wait for a code to be sent to my phone. I know....sad to say....all of these steps are necessary for security but annoying too. Sigh...nothing is simple anymore. 🥴

Good Morning

Yes it's morning in my world. I ended yesterday looking up some information. I failed to do a change of address and didn't get the 1099. I looked up last year's and realized it went to my previous address. Change needed to be on their form. Well tried to print. No cigar. Turned off to reset still no cigar. Talked to brother and he said he would look at it. I was able to get the 1099 emailed but again I could not print it.

Brother finally appeared at 8. I had decided he wasn't coming. Worked and worked but couldn't resolve the printer issues. Said he might have to delete and reinstall. He organized my tax documents. He will print 1099 a his house.

He still needed to stop at grocery. Tomorrow has meeting at my house. Said he was going to stop by bank. Makes me tired! Changed an upcoming Drs appointment to Thursday. I told him he needed to schedule his dentist appointment. He needed to take care of it before it deteriorates and it becomes an emergency.

walker, I saw the WeatherTech commercial yesterday! that is too funny ... that could be the SCC tearing up the town 😂😂 (miss our cookie!!) ... we're in for some snowy weather for the next week ... I hope you don't get the snow and ice that I heard you might get ... batten down the hatches!! and Hurry up Spring!!

Happy Wednesday! Our first big winter storm on its way. DS, DIL and 3A's flew to Florida yesterday. They got out of town just in time....but, back Saturday when we may get more snow. Yes, think SPRING! 🌷

Tootie, you nailed it....the SCC in that commercial...I didn't think of that ....4 of us...ha! 😂 Now, when I see it I will be thinking of SCC and the crazy adventures we used to have....funny! PD there might still be on look-out for us..🤣. Missing our 4th SCC link...cookie. 😟

kittyfan, always something happening there...life isn't dull. Doing taxes is stressful enough without other issues.

Hi there..... just saw the Weather Tech commercial again and laughed...that is SCC! Not sure about the "flasher" one but ..maybe too many mimosas?? 😂😂 So, I just sent a message with picture on other connection...made me laugh too. Lucy, Ethel and two more! 😁

Big snow never happened.....only few inches....maybe more overnight but practically had everything shutdown. 🙄

Good evening

I did get the cartoon. I have yet to see the commercial.

Started out day with call from brother. Needed one more document. That one was on line. But he found it after all. Then he went to my house to meet with the contractor. From there to CPA with tax documents, then to bank. They strung me along way too long he didnt hold back. He said he would bring me to close all my accounts. I am waiting on docs to sign. Will see, then he made some other stops on my behalf. Tomorrow have a Drs appointment.

We are expecting a hard freeze tonight. 3 inches of snow would close us down.
