Good evening ~ Finally, I can post! Glad I wasn't the only one this morning. We had a beautiful day here - 66. Looks like your problem with the water is over, FHG. Love the "Australian" guide! Knee doc started me on a wound vac. I lovingly call it my Vampire Vac, Count Vacula. It took awhile to get all the plugs and cords to work correctly, but I am hooked up 24 hours a day, making it fun (NOT) to do many things. bigkat, I noticed how "hard"you tried to keep your pyro secrets from the CB's!!!

Good morning ~ It seems there was another problem posting earlier this morning. Hope things are fixed. Time for another haircut! I just had one the day after Christmas. My hair grows fast, but this fast? I will be catching up on some well needed vacuuming today. We will be 68 today. It was beautiful yesterday with some breezes. Hope it continues. Hope your Cedar fever is better, kittyfan. We live in the allergy capital of the US.

Good morning cookie and all!! I hope they fix things up as well ... it's frustrating after you write something and then it goes ... nowhere!!?? ... It is cold and dreary here ... high of 38 today, but ... we are going to get some sun this afternoon ... ${#emotions_dlg.thumbup}$ . Sounds like you are having beautiful weather cookie ..... Best of luck with Count Vacula ... just curious....how are able to get around with it attached to your leg?

I am going to try and get things organized in the basement today ... can't guarantee anything though ..... I'd rather have someone "help" me ... so afraid I'll run into spiders ... dead or alive ... I don't like them!! ${#emotions_dlg.scared}$ ... if I do, I usually end up throwing whatever I have in my hands and screaming .....

There is nothing on my calendar today..yeah...thought I would run out and check some sales but ....rain-snow mix coming so may stay put ....always something to do inside.....even in basement....but think I will skip that.....good luck, Tootie! Hi! Good morning. We are to be blustery and middle 40s today. Was going to run some errands, not sure now. Tootie15, good luck with the basement. The next room he wants to work on has the book shelves and the chess set!!! DB came over and said that the floor was oak. I think a good wash with Murphy's Oil Soap, buy a pretty area rug and put the furniture back in and be done with it.

walker, yesterday I had put in a very nice reply to you about good ole' plain white bread. So, I will try again!!! My darling grandfather (RIP) owned a grocery in the 1940's in Brimley, MI. He said that when the first loaf of sliced bread appeared the housewife's where thrilled, no more baking their own. Now, we enjoy making our own!!! Hope everyone has a good day. Kathy

Good morning!!!

The snow is holding off so far, but it is getting darker out. We are in the 20's today.

Tootie, I do not care for spiders either!!! Spiders and snakes...not just because of the song...never liked either one!

I need to get moving, but just don't have the get up and go lately. Hey, I have walker's roast recipe in the crock pot...got dinner done! ${#emotions_dlg.thumbup}$

Great idea Kathy .... I'll bring a big salad.... Since I have been moving things around in the basement .. I've got no time to cook!! .... By the way ... I did make some progress moving things around, but decided that it should be a "two man" weekend project Wink .....
