Hi everyone.....my thoughts exactly, Tootie, on game today...close!  I thought Bears might pull it out but was happy for the Bills.  My ND won big so that was good!

Hello to Jake, Holly and cookie's family of pups too...National Dog Day....did not know...love dogs..great treats from Tootie.  There was a recipe posted for dog treats on the recent August Recipe game.

Sorry you have not been able to go back to Cafe, kittyfan.

Hope you are doing ok there....not out as often?  Cute story about being recognized in SA at Cafe....very special.

🐝  .....DH calls it "BEE-business"...has slowed down...I have not gone into that bathroom ....haha...will wait until a few days pass without 🐝 visitors!  Door remains shut unless DH goes inside...ha!

OH...very sorry about Bob Barker passing too.  I remember his shows and liked him.  He used to talk about his wife and his passion about animals..."spay or neuter"...another good one gone!

So sad about Bob Barker.  I used to watch him a lot and enjoyed him. I now can see him in re-runs of Match Game (which I love).  They have had him as a guest a few times. RIP Mr. Barker🙏 

walker, congratulations on your GD making the Vlleyball Team!  More fun for you.  Funny about the lethargic Bees still in the bathroom. As Tootie said - the last hurrah!  Hope there is no more Bee Business😄

kittyfan, glad you were recognized at the S.A. Cafe.  Sounds like it is doing well - being packed.  Hope the other one recouperated from the flooding and is back in business. 

Tootie, Thank you for the dog treats on National Dog Day. I have never heard of it but the dogs enjoyed it.  Great timing on the grill - yum hot dogs!  🌭🌭

walker, beesiness is a clever name that your DH came up with ... hope he was able to get every last one of the bees out of there ... the Mass that we watch on TV is on every Sunday at 7am ... now with all the changes that our Diocese is doing they are dropping that Mass and changing it to 8am (the 6 parishes in our "Family" have all had the Mass times changed) ... I know it's only an hour change but I like the earlier Mass ... I'm hoping to find another one, maybe from another parish, that we can watch ... oh well, it's not the end of the world ... I guess I'm a creature of habit!! 😂

Happy Monday!  Cool and comfortable day here (sorry cookie and kittyfan).  Fall is definitely in the air but next weekend back to 90's.  Can you believe it is the last week of August?  

😂😂....laughing already as my thoughts to you, cookie, are same as Tootie's on haircut.  Scissors in hands of mad woman...😱....good luck!  Could be a buzz cut! 😆

Speaking of "buzz"....🐝 report.....down to 0! 👍 Hope it lasts....because DH took trap down.  Yesterday DH was outside and saw our next door neighbor.  Neighbor told DH he is having a problem with bees near doorway from house to patio.  So, DH took our bee trap and gave it to him.  Very odd we are both having trouble this summer.

Good news....🐝s aren't bothering my hummingbird feeder as much....HA!

Sorry you had that time change for Sunday Mass, Tootie.   I hope the change will work out for you or you find another one to watch.  We went to Church in the Church yesterday but attendance is still low.  

Off we all go to another day in Dullsville....it won't be dull at Tootie's house.  Have fun with LG and LS.

Hi again.....UB time for me after spending morning running to two different grocery stores.  The first one where I buy regular items I always keep my eye on sales and good prices.  Grocery prices are ridiculous so stock up on what I can when I can.   Anyway......I usually check cereal aisle....today looked for the new crunch medley of Cheerios that I recently bought....gone!  But, I found about a dozen different types of Cheerios now....good grief .....first it was regular Cheeerios, then Honey-Nut Cheerios and Multigrain....now frosted, chocolate, etc.  I did see an oat crunch Cheerio but did not buy as it wasn't something I needed today.  Thought of you cookie as I know you like Cheerios too.  Have you found the big variety there too?

My fish/meat store just Carrie's the basic Cheerios.

Also, do you check your receipt after shopping?  I do and more than once have found mistakes.  If it is something small, I let it go.  Today I was charged for two packages of fish when I bought one.  I'll be going back for a refund on that one.   The stores are always good about it since I am a regular customer and spend a lot of $$$$$!  In fairness, if I bring home an item I was not charged for and it costs a few bucks, I return and pay for it.  That really surprises them!  haha

Good evening. Another toasty day here. Fall may be in the air but alas not he re!!!

I was at the PO. Wasn't charged for stamps I purchased. Went back. Clerk didn't acknowledge he made the mistake or acknowledge my honesty. Argh!!!


Our grocery is remodeling again and expanding. Area is growing do they should build another store! Major inconvenience.

Had trouble with the kuerig. Finally decided tgexwater reservoir was not in just right.

Speaking of coffee. Pot is ready.
