Gosh, it's sooo good to be back.  Makes a huge difference in my mental being.  How could I get through the day without friends.  SCC Strong💪💪💪💪

walker, we got some of tthe April Showers yesterday.  Hope it's a good omen for Spring to get here ASAP!  Saw the weather predictions for Chicago - burrrrr.  Stay warm and dry.

Tootie, no sunshine today - only 54 today.  Yesterday was beautiful though.  I know you don't like lamb - I have a friend who didn't think she could eat it but once she had leg of lamb with garlic cloves poked into the meat  while baking, and mint jelly and/or sauce, she was hooked. She is now a Lamb Queen - uh oh does this mean a crown?haha🤣

Hope you are faring well kittyfan.  Missing the TS episodes and your comments.  Always look forward to them.  Stay dry and safe.

kittyfan, sorry to hear about your cousin that died and now the one that is sick with cancer ... I hope you liked your new doctor ... and how nice that you got to visit with your friends that you used to work with ... hope you had a nice time with them.

walker, laughing about you trying to save the bag of jelly beans until Easter ... how's that working out?? ... were you able to get out and get your lamb??

We had a some bad thunder and lightning storms come through yesterday with heavy rains ... but it is supposed to be dry and sunny?? now through Easter ... going to get a much needed haircut this morning ... I'm such a creature of habit ... I usually like to go on Friday's (but tomorrow we have our eye appointments) and I like to go first thing ... so today will be my Friday and I will be out of sorts all day long 😏

HAPPY THURSDAY!!!!  As kittyfan said "the gang's all here"....👏👏👏👏....we are back in order and perking again!  Welcome Back, cookie!  Little does your DS know how he made all of us happy...ha!  

I have not checked back on other site so must have missed a message from kittyfan.  I will check later but sorry to hear about some sad news there.

Tootie, I had to chuckle about you being a creature of habit with haircut on Fridays ...switching to today and it will throw you off!  ME TOO!  Funny.....I am same....usual routine with laundry, change sheets on Friday (can't remember why I picked Friday over Monday...oh well).....anyway.....tomorrow I have a busy day so making today my Friday with laundry ......we'll both be confused!😂

I did get my lamb yesterday!  Yikes..$$$$.... and, the Mint Jelly too.  I can't wait to fix it and hope I don't ruin it

So far I have not broken into the bag of jelly beans!  🤞...only few days to go...kind of like waiting for my Easter basket.

Finally some sunshine today and next few days looking good too with 70's next week.....yipppppeeeee! 🌷☀️

Hi all.....uneventful day but got a lot done.  Then I fixed a dinner that needed noodles.  Ok, so, took noodles out of bag that I needed.  Then I was folding up bag when all of a sudden the bottom of bag split open and I had noodles all over floor!  🤬  Do not trust plastic bags anymore!!  Also, I am fed up with some packaging....Kraft in particular....hard as heck to get into their items....like salad dressings....ridiculous!!!  I need to change brands....so over-done this security packaging stuff!  OK....vent done.

Night all.....see you in the morning.

WHOA!   I AM LUCKY!!!  ABC POLICE DID NOT CATCH ME!!!  WHEW!   M COMES AFTER L!!!  🙄

Good evening. Thunder rymbles started last night. Continued most of the day. I think the rain has stopped but it was much cooler. Up and down. Feels like 30s for us.

Have never posted on here before. I'm in Utah and we have broken all kinds of records with our snowfall. Been in a severe drought and now this winter we have had snowfall for 2 seasons. Hope we don't float away. Praying for a cool spring.

Hello Mare!🌷  Nice to have a new person.  We are actually a group of ladies that enjoy ourselves and laugh alot. You sure have had some crazy rough weather!  I am in Texas but from California- they are sure getting some awful weather problems.  I guess the whole US is experiencing some funky weather conditions.  

walker, do you still have an unopened bag of jelly beans?😂😄 I know I wouldn't!😊 I agree with some of the packaging - especially the little caps that won't open without a verbal assualt!  

Tootie, we have also had lots of thunder and rain.  Love the thunder - didn't bother the dogs at all.  Rain again today.  Oh joy, today is manicure day and a long drive in it.  Oh well, the salon and ladies are well worth it.  

kittyfan, hope you are well and gearing up for the TS - missing your escapades there!🤔  Hope they appreciate all you do for them!

Good morning friends ... oh no walker! I bet you had a mess with those noodles ... and right as you're trying to get dinner!! ... once I open up my pasta/noodles I put them in a lock and lock ... I got some really nice tall, circular ones that hold the spaghetti/angel hair, etc. from the Q a while back, not sure if they have them anymore ... I also agree about trying to open up some salad dressing ... it's almost like they super glue the caps on ... you could have always told the ABC Police that your were saying your alphabet backwards 😂😂

cookie, be careful on your drive in to get your manicure ... choose a nice Spring color 😁

Hi to mare, the weather seems to be crazy everywhere ... I'm from Western NY, so I know all about snow!!

We'll have a sunny but cool 43 degree day ... I heard on the weather report that we're supposed to have sun for the next couple of days .. and warmer weather next week ... whoo hoo!! 😎 Hello Spring!! 🌷🌼🌻 ... eye appointment this morning and then back home to enjoy this sun!!

Happy Friday!  Good Friday it is!  Sun shining now now...wonder if it will be cloudy from 12-3pm (approx)....always learned growing up that it would become cloudy during those hours that Jesus died on cross. We'll see.....don't think that has always happened.  I'll make it a quiet time.

I added another cup of coffee today for Mare...welcome.  We became friends here years ago and have formed a special bond. I am in the Chicago/ North IL  area.   I always say....these are the best friends I have never met!   (We call ourselves...SCC...Sisters of the Crazy Clan....😅.)

cookie and kittyfan hope you get good weather there...I think the sun and warmth from the south has made it up here.....warming up 60's for weekend, 70's next week!   👏👏👏  Next week I will get my pedicure...time for sandals!  Enjoy that manicure and nice people there, cookie.

Tootie, I laughed about telling ABC Police I was saying alphabet backwards...ha!  Guess it was part of my confusing day yesterday.....Thursday was Friday, etc.  Hope you like your haircut.  And, thanks for tip on Lock 'n Lock containers....I have a gazillion containers but not those.....will look them up.  Good luck with eye appointment.
