Right behind you both here....I wanted to say...NO..NO..do not go out with low temperatures and ice!!  Your area in TX does not treat roads like they do here and driving is still dangerous!  Best to be safe and stay in unless an emergency.  I did see weather map showing icy mix across your area.  Glad communities are shutting down...only temporary anyway.  Our bad weather does not pass as fast!  ☹️

Tootie, sorry you did not find TX grapefruit.  Hopefully, another store will have them.  

We did get sun today which was nice but very cold...10 degrees.  Tomorrow colder...another inside day.  Hey....one more day in January!!!  👏👏👏 One month closer to Spring, Tootie!  🌷🤣

Good morning ~

February is gone and March is here.  We will reach 32 today - it is 28 right now.  Brrrr!!!  Have to go out to pick up my Meds and get gas but having second, third and fourth thougts😣😔  It is a short drive (for Texas) but maybe with all the traffic to and from, the roads will be warm?  Thankfully the Pharmacy and Gas are the same place.

Tootie, keep looking for the TX Grapefruit, they are definitely worth waiting for!!  Be careful when driving around.  I think the whole US is freezing!  

walker, I saw the freezing areas on the weather and they moved from one area to the next.  Scary thoughts.  PREPARE TO HIBERNATE SCC!!!

kittyfan, be very careful if you do go outside.  I am still vascillating whether to drive the 6 miles to the Pharmacy/Gas or just wait for a better day.  I did hear that some towns are salting the ice but I know nothing about that either.  HIBERNATE!
