I get email recipes every day ... this one from the other day sounds delicious .. it's "cooking" at the moment ... it also smells good! 

 

It's "Island Kielbasa in a Slow Cooker."   Equal parts of brown sugar and ketchup, Keilbasa and a can of pineapple chunks.   I halved the recipe and only used 1 lb kielbasa.  It didn't specify light or dark brown sugar - so I selected dark.  The pic with the recipe shows large shells - so that's what I'm making with it.

 

I'm hoping it turns out as delicious as it sounds, I'm going to try the same thing with stew meat, meat balls, and cut up chicken breast ... over rice.

 

I usually cook my kielbasa in beer and sauerkraut and serve with boiled potatoes or flat noodles ... so this should be an interesting change.
