This And That. It's Good To Know!

Whenever my DM made meatballs, she would make extra to freeze. She would put the cooked meatballs on a cookie sheet and stuck them in the freezer til they froze. Then she would put the meatballs in freezer bags. By doing this the meatballs weren't all stuck together.

A roast with the bone in cooks faster than a boneless roast. The bone carries heat to the inside.

After stewing a chicken, cool it in the broth before you cut it into chunks. It will have twice the flavor.
