The Victorian Way cooking videos

I recently came across the series of very entertaining cooking videos called "The Victorian Way" on You Tube.  You might enjoy watching them--takes you back to "Downton Abbey" and "Upstairs Downstairs."  They are part of a series of short videos produced by  English Heritage. The cook does a great job of keeping in character.

Thank you so much! I am fascinated with this kind of thing....the biggest problem?  Everything was cold by the time it arrived "Upstairs". I have read that time and time again......

 

Thank you for posting: I would never want to be in those "recreate the times and live as they did" shows, but it always makes me so grateful for what we have!
