Thanksgiving Turkey

It seems like I struggle every year with how I'm going to make my turkey...Low and slow the way my Grandma taught me..or the new high heat one, which I have not tried. I sometimes think I'm the only one with this problem..

I'm wondering How do you all do your turkeys??? Do you have any tricks to a moist turkey???

Is it a recipe you have used for years and it work's??. Please share ..
