Peanut Butter Fudge

2 1/4 cups sugar

1/4 cup margarine

5 oz. can evaporated milk

1 cup peanut butter (smooth or crunchy, I prefer smooth)

small jar marshmallow cream

Mix first 3 items in pan over medium heat- stir until mixture starts boiling. Boil for 6 minutes. Remove from heat. Stir in peanut butter & marshmallow cream. Pour into a greased 9 x 13.

I make this every year at Christmas. It is the creamiest I've had of all the recipes I've tried. I time the 6 minutes exactly. A friend of mine I gave the recipe to says hers turned out dry. She did not time the boiling part. I believe that is what she did wrong.
