Just wanted to say thank you to the person who posted the buttery beer bread recipe a few weeks back. I copied it and just made it today. i usually buy the mix from Tastefully Simple and love it. This tastes just the same only cheaper. It was so simple and instead of wasting a half can of beer (bought the 24 oz. size) I made 2 loaves, one to take to a card party tonight with Spinach and Herb dip (Tastefully Simple) and one just to keep here to munch on. My husband and I don't drink so I usually waste half a can of beer because I only have one mix but when I am making it from scratch, I can make two loaves and not waste the beer. Again, thank you so much for posting it. It is definately a keeper.
