My favs are Bryers or Edys.  I've tasted some of these brands and they were more like ice milk in texture.

We are so lucky to have 2 great ice-cream manufacturers close by, Graeter's & United Dairy Farmers (UDF)..no favorite flavors..all are perfect! Summer favorites right now are peach & anything strawberry! Reminds me that we need to stock up tomorrow! Favorite flavors? My personal is cherry cordial, year round!
