I was watching Carnival Eats recently and they featured taco balls. Seasoned ground beef with cheese mixed in and the the outer coating was tortilla chips mixed with Panko crumbs before they were deep fried.  

Not it sure if I got it all correct...but this seemed like something that could be easily made in multiple ways.

Watching this shoe is my guilty pleasure.  It is so fun and amusing to see all the things people come up with.  

I don't know how Noah can eat so much and stay slim -- he must run between shows.

I like it so much, I don't mind watching the repeats!  If you need a mental get away, this show is perfect -- not to mention some neat cooking ideas.

I too like this show for a mental break!  makes you rethink no looking at those food trucks at the fair.
