2 cups of self rising flour

1/2 pint whipping cream

Measure flour[no sifting necessary]into bowl and add cream.mix together.

Turn out on lightly floured board.knead til smooth. Cut as desired 1/2 inch thick.Place in pan sprayed with pam.

Bake @ 450 degrees [preheated oven] until golden brown.The thicker the muffin the higher and fluffier they will be.
