Sweet Potato Cookies

My mom just made them today from the new October/November issue of Taste of Home...oh my gosh, I don't eat sweet potato's at all but she didn't tell me what was in them until I ate a few and a few and a few more.

Excellent cookies.

Mom said she used real butter and sub'd the nuts for chocolate chips.

I personally don't have the recipe at home but I'm sure it's on their website.
