My grannie used to make sweet potato biscuits so thin, that you would have taken them for like a sugar cookie, as you could not slice them open, so you just let butter melt on top......I hate sweet potatoes (because I have had some with strings in them, and I can not stand that and am just soooooooo turned off), but I loved these biscuits......
Can you give me your best recipe, that might resemble hers???????? They did not rise, and look like a regular biscuit, as most of the recipes that I find do.........
