Super Easy Pudding Cookies

1 cup bisquick

1 SMALL package INSTANT pudding...your choice of flavor

1/4 cup oil

1 egg

Mix all ingredients together forming a large ball. Shape dough by teaspoons into balls. Place on UNgreased cookie sheet. Dip the bottom of a glass into sugar then flatten balls. Bake at 350* for about 8 minutes, Makes 2 1/2 to 3 dozen cookies.
